My work bridges two worlds that rarely meet: Olympic-level science and performance strategies tailored to executive women.
With a PhD in Exercise Science and a decade working in Olympic sport, I translate performance principles into actionable strategies that are practical, measurable, and deeply personal.

The why and the how
I’ve spent my career working in performance at the highest level, from Olympic athletes to corporate executives. What I’ve learned is that the same principles that drive elite sport — recovery, regulation, and performance routines — are the very ones missing in most women’s live, personally and professionally.
I’ve also lived through my own experience of a debilitating burnout. I know what it feels like to achieve success on paper yet feel completely empty inside.
That experience changed the way I live my life and shaped my purpose: to redefine how women live, perform and lead, by design not by default, where health is prioritised and not sacrificed – and our ambitions are achieved and not archived.
I’m not here for wellness hype or influencer inspo (in fact, I can’t stand it). What I deliver is foundational physiology, precision strategies, and deep authenticity that meets you where you are.

Hi, I’m Dr Kellie Rose.
I’m a Performance Scientist, Women’s Health Advisor, and speaker dedicated to redefining what high-performance looks like for women leaders.
Before I began working with executive women, I spent 10 years as a Performance Scientist in the world of Olympic sport — supporting athletes to achieve medal-winning, record-breaking performances on the world stage. It was my dream job: high stakes, global travel, and the pinnacle of everything I’d worked decades for.
But somewhere between the pressure, the striving, and the relentless pursuit of success, I sacrificed myself.
Burnout for me wasn’t a slow slide, it was a high-speed collision and complete collapse – mentally, physically and emotionally.
It also became my greatest teacher and the catalyst for change in my life and career.
