I envision a world where we eliminate burnout for future generations of professional women, while making career success possible at every age and stage of life.
Ambitious, I know. But in honour of women everywhere, this is my cause.
How did I get to this point?
A few years ago, I experienced a debilitating burnout in the pursuit of my career, and I hit rock bottom. It was a very physically, emotionally and mentally draining experience, and whilst it was difficult at the time, in hindsight, it has turned out to be a blessing in disguise. For the first time in over 16 years, it forced me to stop, take a breath, and ask myself fundamental questions about my life, my health and what I wanted my future to be.
