Welcome to the Optimisation Program
This program is designed for the executive women who want to elevate their health to reach even greater levels of performance, leadership, and impact in their business, industry, and life.
Our corporate roles require us to be corporate athletes. As your coach, I’ll be drawing on my expertise from working with top Olympic athletes and world champions for over a decade, to help you apply the same strategies to unlock optimal health and peak performance in your own life. Best of all, I’ve specifically tailored this for mid-life executive women.
We will use a blend of wearable technology, science-based strategies, and personalised support to elicit the lifestyle and behaviour changes that will take you to the next level. You’ll be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to elevate your health, optimise your performance, and cultivate longevity.
The Coaching Method
Underpinning the scientific approach to coaching are my three foundational pillars: Body, Mind, and Hormones. Over the course of 6 or 12 months, we will address each of these pillars to restore, or optimise, your physical health, mental wellbeing, and hormone function using the latest science-based research and practice.
Most importantly, we’ll leverage the cutting-edge, AI-powered wearable technology of the WHOOP™ biometric device to gain deep insights into your personal health. Capturing and monitoring your physiological data related to your stress, sleep, recovery, exercise, and lifestyle behaviours will enable us to tailor strategies to your needs, to restore and optimise your health with precision.

Throughout the 6- or 12-month program, we will:
- conduct a comprehensive assessment of your health using validated tools
- develop and implement your personalised, science-based intervention plan
- monitor your physiological data and make ongoing adjustments
