International Women’s Day 2023 – Cracking the Code of High-Performance for Women in Leadership

This International Women’s Day 2023, Dr Kellie and Cate Campbell OAM will draw on a combined 30-plus years of experience in the world of high- performance, to help you develop into a high-performing corporate athlete by adapting techniques used by the best athletes in the world.

Their shared goal through this workshop, is to help female leaders learn the skills to successfully navigate the additional pressures they face in their roles, whilst striving for long-term career success.

Participants in this workshop will:

  • Understand the biology of stress and identify personal stressors, explore the mind-body connection and learn how to manage stress in the modern world.
  • Learn about the role recovery plays in high-performance and develop your personal Recovery Plan.
  • Develop a personal Energy Management Strategy to enable you to sustain high performance, in business and life.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between stress and hormone health, and how to leverage your physiology towards optimal performance.

Cracking the Code to High-Performance is a 3-hour interactive workshop, open to female leaders of all levels within your organisation, from emerging leaders to C-Suite executives. The workshops will be delivered on-site during the month of March 2023, in honour of International Women’s Day.
