Now, a little about me.

Hi, I’m Dr Kellie Rose.

I am a Performance Scientist, Executive Women’s Health Coach, and Speaker, and I am on a mission to help women thrive, and not just survive.

A few years ago, I experienced a debilitating burnout in the pursuit of my career, and I hit rock bottom. Whilst it was the most physically, mentally, and emotionally depleting experience, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. For the first time in over 16 years, I was forced to stop, take a breath, and re-evaluate myself,  my life, and my future.

And so, the next chapter of my career was born.
